Delivery Information

Carriage is charged on all orders. These charges are added automatically but the customer must select their correct postcode area. If an incorrect carriage charge is applied we will contact you directly before processing your order. Please select the correct delivery area when you checkout using the list below which explains these charges. Delivery charges vary depending on your post code area and the length of the longest item. If you select the wrong postcode area we will change this when we process your order.

Delivery times vary depending on the items ordered and the location of the delivery address. 80% of deliveries are made within 7 days and 98% of deliveries are made within 14 days. On occassions we will use a carrier to deliver some items however, many items are not suitable due to the possibility of damage.

PLEASE NOTE :- Delivery to some of the surrounding Isles is possible on special transport. If you place an order online for these items we will contact you if the delivery charges are different.

CUSTOMER NOTICE - All Plastic Building Materials should be kept flat during transport and storage. If the items are to be stacked then care must be taken not to overload the stack so as to crush the low products, it it extremely important that all materials are covered with a LIGHT-PROOF sheet to prevent direct sunlight over heating the interior of the stack.
